The restaurant is located in the immediate vicinity of the Château and takes its name from the two rivers that flow through the estate. It will welcome you in an aesthetically and acoustically pleasing setting. Comfortably seated, you will enjoy a seasonal, gourmet cuisine, where the quality of the products is highlighted.
The configuration of the premises allows us to welcome you for your family or company meals in a friendly atmosphere.

The Chef, Thomas Brasleret, with his experience as a Michelin starred chef at the restaurant La Cape, composes his dishes using products from local partners, chosen for their excellence.

"I get inspired by seasonal products".

The kitchen evolves according to the seasons and arrivals, supplemented by the production of the vegetable garden, which supplies daily with herbs, fruits and vegetables. From spring 2022, desserts and jams will be prepared from the harvest of some 60 fruit trees planted in 2019.

The menu offers dishes with surprising combinations, authentic and inventive cuisine.
